Dr. Ngoc Pham was born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam. She moved to Texas with her family when she was in high school. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Her interest in dentistry started when she was an undergraduate student working as a registered dental assistant. After finishing her undergraduate degree, she moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Dr. Pham also met her husband, Dr. Anthony Phan, in dental school. After graduating dental school, they both moved to Dallas, Texas to begin their dental careers before heading to California.
Dr. Pham is dedicated to guiding and providing dental care for all family members. Her love for children and their zest for life encouraged her to find a niche in pediatric dentistry.
Dr. Pham is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District Dental Society. She is also very grateful for the opportunity to work with California CareForce to serve the community in the northern California area.
In her free time, Dr. Pham enjoys yoga, photography, and spending time with her family. She also loves exploring new cuisines and traveling to new places.
